Most of Severance tools can be reconditioned over a dozen times and will operate as new. Reconditioning saves money.

As Severance states, if it can be machined with a rotary tool, Severance can provide the tool to do it. Severance provides many variations of standard tools found in the catalogue.
Regrinding & Conditioning - What is the turnaround time on regrinds?
Normally one week for tools that do not need extra work.

Severance countersinks are designed with staggered cutting edges which inhibit harmonic vibration which causes chatter in the flutes. It's a design that Severance Tools invented.
